This week it has seen the local High Street shortlisted for The Great British High Street Awards and of course, we know the reason why. Boasting some of the finest shops and the best places to eat, Guildford's high street is picturesque, to say the least.

Our mouths were watering this week when the Harbour Hotel asked us how we liked our steak? And it's been on our minds ever since! So, if a steak is what you're fancying now too then head down to 3 Alexandra Terrace on the High Street and let them ask you 'how do you like your steak cooked?'

Apologies if you're scared of spiders! But I've been spotting these spiders everywhere and I've seen some really big ones as of late! I couldn't help but wonder if you had to? These creepy crawlers are back now that it's autumn and seeing as it's Halloween, it's OK to feel a bit spooky!

Is it just me, or has anyone noticed the beautiful sunsets we've been having recently? I don't know about you, but it's been a while that I've seen such strong colours that forces me to take pictures every time I see one! You can tell its autumn! This view was taken from the Royal Surrey Hospital.

With the sun still poking through, beautiful walks down The Weyside is the perfect way to spend any afternoon. You can even nip into one of the cafes for a spot of lunch and look out at the amazing views before you. There's a reason it's one of our favourites.
