The Skimmington Castle

Standing in the unspoilt beauty of Reigate Heath at the end of a no-through lane, The Skimmington Castle dates from the 17th century and adheres to the concept of a traditional rural pub with open fires, seriously good food, real ales and a warm welcome. The Skimmington Castle is a well known and extremely popular family pub where children of all ages are welcome almost everywhere. And we are happy to accommodate dogs (we support local dog charities and have dog snacks at the bar). There’s even somewhere to tie up your horse (outside). Eat, drink and be merry.
