Part of the Chef and Brewer chain, there is a lovely leafy beer garden out the back and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Good walks nearby in the woods close to Garson’s Farm. The woods are full of wigwams that children have made out of old logs, and the river is accessible from here. However the walk is quite up and down for those who may find walking over slightly rougher terrain more difficult. Garson’s have a farm shop which is good for purchasing local produce.
