The pub is situated at the top of the steep Richmond Hill, but is a perfect location for Richmond Park and for the gardens if you want a shorter walk. Offering a wide choice of home cooked food, all day 7 days a week, it’s a homely, traditional pub, airy and spacious inside that prides itself on game including fallow and roe venison, rabbit, pheasant, hare and wood pigeon. For walks, the 2500 acres of Richmond Park is right outside. There are walks to suite everyone from quick 30 minute circuits to much longer 2-3 hour walks throughout the park. Guided walking tours are also available.
