Kensington Park School is a new co-educational independent school for boys and girls aged 11-18, with boarding, in the heart of London. Whilst the school is new, its leadership and teachers have long, successful track-records at some of the best independent schools in the country.
KPS operates from two buildings either side of Kensington Gardens:
- KPS Sixth Form, in Queen’s Gate, opened in September 2017 for pupils aged 16-18
- KPS Seniors, in Bark Place, opens in September 2018 for pupils aged 11-16
Kensington Park School offers an intellectually exciting environment in which pupils can learn and grow, but also have fun. While the staff are rigorous in their approach to teaching and learning, they are thoroughly modern in their outlook and practice. Through excellent teaching in small classes – science is taught in laboratories in class sizes of no more than 12 - a dynamic and innovative learning environment, and a pastoral system that values close collaboration and frequent communication with parents, KPS students are well equipped for the challenges of the 21st century. In addition, the school has quite possibly the best boarding facilities in London, and are able to provide accommodation to pupils from year 10 upwards.
Kensington Park has entered into partnerships with numerous local sports providers. It offers students access to sports ranging from netball, football, swimming and tennis to rowing, rock climbing, horse riding and even ice hockey! KPS offers academic, sporting and artistic (music, drama, art) scholarships and are looking to recruit students who have the drive and passion to make the very best out of a KPS education.
