The word ‘sustainable’ has become a catch-all to describe a better way of producing clothes. The materials may have been recycled or produced in Fair Trade and cruelty-free ways and, chances are, the clothes won’t fall apart in the wash. The time is right to move away from fast fashion and start buying pieces you can wear season after season.
