I’m a huge supporter of keeping our high streets inner-directed
Here’s our pick of where to shop locally and independently this Christmas, there are some absolute treasures in this list, both new and old; I hope you enjoy visiting and supporting them as much as we do.
Remember, every time you shop independent, you shop from a small business, and an actual person does a happy dance. Be the cause of someone’s happy dance this Christmas!

Barnes Bookshop
I’m obsessed with independent bookshops; there’s something so nostalgic about the smell and sight of shelves bursting with books. They’re such a rarity to see on the modern day high street, which makes The Barnes Bookshop all the more special. Owner Venetia is a fountain of knowledge, there’s sure to be something for everyone.
