Enjoy the sweet sounds of summer with free concerts in the Guildford Castle Grounds
Music lovers young and old can enjoy free live music this summer, thanks to a series of bandstand concerts in the Castle Grounds.
Cllr Matt Furniss, Lead Cllr for Environment says: "Summer concerts are a real tradition in the Castle Grounds, but we want to spread the word. We'd like to invite everyone to come along one Sunday this summer and enjoy the great music on offer.
"Why not bring a picnic and make an afternoon of it in our award-winning park?"
The series of concerts runs until 28 September.
17 August – Merton Concert Band
14 September – Strassenbahnhaltestelle Clarinet Quartet
21 September – Saxophony
28 September – Surrey Suzuki Strings
