Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick will be presenting awards to some of his most courageous canine patients this weekend, at DogFest 2015
There's tons of doggy fun available at Loseley Park this Sunday at DogFest 2015, from the Great Dog Walk to a tail-wagging Nerf Activity Ring. Owners with the health of their hounds in mind can also check out Royal Canin's free Pet Healthy Weight Checks and get advice from experts in the field of dogcare.
First and foremost is Noel Fitzpatrick, Surrey Supervet, who we caught up with earlier. Among other appearances, he'll be presenting awards to the most heroic dogs to have been treated at his surgery in the last year.
You'll see such dogs as Ira (above), the yellow lab who needed a bionic spine. Now his back's been fixed, he can keep on giving Joye, his beloved owner, all the affection she can handle!
Also present will be Willow (above), a deerhound who might be recognised by anyone who watched the latest season of Supervet. She suffered a neck fracture after slamming into a tree, but was saved by Noel and his team over a long night of treatment.
Noel is overjoyed to share the courage and determination of his pet-patients. "Each dog and their family have a unique tale to tell and their stories are nothing short of amazing. Each and every one of them prove to us that the animal friends we are lucky enough to share our lives with are worth fighting for."
