Three teenage boys aged between the ages of 14 and 15 have been charged with arson with intent to endanger life following a fire at a block of flats in Horley earlier this year.
On 27 March, a fire broke out at Elbourne House on Lumley Road.
The boys are believed to have started the fire by setting a roll of carpet alight in the stairwell.
Properties in the vicinity were evacuated while emergency crews attended the scene. No-one was hurt in the incident.
On Saturday, 27 September a 14-year-old boy from Horley and two 15-years-old boys from Smallfield were charged.
They have been released on police bail to attend Guildford Youth Court on Wednesday, 8 October.
