The White Hart, Pirbright, has undergone a significant investment that has given the much-loved eating and drinking spot a spectacular new look and ultra-stylish feel.
The menu features a variety of pub classics with a modern twist and exciting new flavours inspired by current world food trends. The elegant menu also boasts an assortment of seasonal specials which change daily. Paired with an extensive wine list and hand-crafted cocktails, visiting The White Hart promises an exciting social dining and drinking experience.
Head Chef Dinu Salomia leads the charge, who has been with the pub for one year.
Whether you fancy something from the grill, such as Rotisserie Pork Belly or expertly aged Steaks, there's something to suit all tastes, plus a dedicated Vegan Menu. A range of exciting small plates designed for sharing make the perfect start to your dining experience with dishes such as Pan-Fried King Prawns with Chill and feta, Whipped goat cheese with Beetroot and Pear, and Chipotle Sticky Chicken, all freshly prepared by their expert team of chefs using the very best ingredients.
On reopening, the "all-new" White Hart in Pirbright will provide a natural premium feel after undergoing an overhaul to its space. The pub is inspired by its name, with numerous deer and nature references.
Built-in 1650, this historic pub boasts a rich heritage and architectural wonders that have stood the test of time. It proudly showcases two magnificent fireplaces remaining in their original splendour since the pub's origin.
The Connoisseur Club has poser height furniture with feature fabrics and leather sofas, pouffes and rugs surrounding the fire. The Sanctuary includes new feature wallpaper and dining furniture, while the Great Room makes up the pub's dining area with fixed seating and pendant lampshades. As a bonus, the Niche is a small private dining area with an oval table, feature curtains and a pendant light, making it the ideal spot for special occasions.
Externally, The White Hart will benefit from a brand-new outdoor awning with external fixed seating. There will also be several extra dining seating, sofa sets, outdoor heating and picnic bench areas for people to enjoy the outdoors.
Its new and improved décor has left no stone unturned, taking inspiration from the UK's most glamorous dining and drinking hotspots. The place to be seen, its styling is complete with patterns and floral motifs, a colour palette of blush pinks, golds, teals and deep browns, expertly crafted furniture, eye-catching artwork and feature finishing touches, make the pub genuinely one-of-a-kind.

To make the weekends extra special, guests can indulge in the Wine & Dine Experience, comprising three courses featuring scallops, steak, the devilish chocolate bomb dessert and a luxury bottle of wine priced at only £100 for the couple.
Roast dinners at The White Hart are not to be missed – on Sundays, diners can enjoy a hearty roast with all the trimmings with family and friends. There are also plenty of delectable desserts, including the Cheesecake Trio and the Mini Dessert & Cocktail option, where you can select your favourite miniature desserts and pair them with a classic after-dinner cocktail.
Still offering fantastic value, the lunch menu includes dishes under 600 calories, hand-stretched stone-baked pizzas and freshly prepared sandwiches.
The extensive cocktail menu includes classics with a twist, such as a Yuzu & Lime Margarita, everyone's favourite Martinis and a selection of Spritz.
