The Foodies Festival comes to Syon Park this weekend, from May 23-25. It's a three-day star-studded gastrofest that promises to be a feast for the senses (the taste buds especially) - and we've got an offer on tickets
The May Bank Holiday Weekend sees the 10th annual Foodies Festival at Syon Park in Brentford, which will transform the gardens into a nirvana of nibbles, a paradise for the peckish, an idyll of the edible. There'll be culinary celebrities, top local chefs, tasting theatres, cooking workshops, and more street food than you can shake a satay stick at!
Among the chefs appearing at the Festival are award-winning celebrity chef Aldo Zilli, past MasterChef winners Ping Coombes, Dhruv Baker, and Mat Follas, as well this year's infamously inventive (and marvellously moustached) MasterChef Finalist Tony Rodd.
Expert advice and culinary displays abound. Across a huge range of theatres and masterclasses, learn to match local drinks to delicious food, how to sniff chocolate like a rockstar, the finer points of sugarcraft, the skills needed to balance your spices, and more!
If you'd rather spend your time enjoying great food than learning to prepare it, there's the Street Food Avenue and a Chocolate, Cake and Bake Village, offering a vast spread of enticing treats from across disciplines and cuisines for you to fill your bellies and recharge at the Feasting Tent. Grab something to take home at the Artisan Producer's Market.
Those looking for a challenge can try their hand at some of the foodie competitions and challenges, from Chili Eating to King of the Grill. There's even food preparation fun for kids near the Picnic in the Park, where live music and entertainment is on offer from the stage.
We offered VIP tickets to a handful of lucky readers earlier this month, but don't fret - you can still enjoy a discount tickets with a special offer. When you're booking online, you can quote FOODIES to get two tickets with showguides for just £20, a saving of £18.
The Foodies Festival runs from May 23-25 at Syon Park
