The team behind the much-loved brunch hotspot Urban Pantry recently competed in a live cook-off as finalists of the National Breakfast Awards 2019. Competing with 15 other businesses from around the UK, they were triumphantly crowned the winner of the National Best Breakfast of the Year. The winning dish was ‘cachapas’ – traditional Venezuelan sweetcorn and cheddar pancakes served with tomato salsa, tomato coulis and chorizo. Pop in and try it for yourself!
