Promenade Youth Choir in concert
Directed by Christopher Goldsack, a leading international singer and teacher, the Promenade Youth Choir has gained a reputation of excellence and caters for young singers aged from 11 years old. Over the course of the year, they put on public concerts each term and sing at local events, with repertoire ranging from Classical to Music Theatre and Pop ballads. The choir is non auditioned and financial support is available so membership of this fabulous choir is genuinely open to all. The fee is £80 per term, but this is discreetly waived in the case of need. If there is more than one singer from a family in the Promenade Choirs, the maximum fee is £110 per family.
The atrmosphere in the choir is welcoming and fun and young singers have opportunities for solos alongside singing in the choir. Members are guided and encouraged to advance their singing through the technical expertise and enthusiasm of Christopher.
