St Josephs Specialist School and College is a co-educational residential and day school catering for children between the ages of 5 – 19 with moderate, complex and severe learning difficulties. St Josephs has excellent provision for learners, within the above categories, who are on the Autistic Spectrum.
The school has developed excellent provision for learners with communication and interaction difficulties and in 2009 achieved specialist status in the SEN area of Communication and Interaction. We have a purpose built therapies centre which was completed in 2011.
St Joseph’s is non-maintained and has full DCSF approval – we currently deal with around 16 local authorities and have built up a wide reputation for high quality provision for learners with complex special needs.We hope you find the information contained in our website informative and helpful.
